About BDO Jordan and Iraq Academy
In order to better serve the training and capacity-building needs of individuals and organizations, we have established the BDO Jordan and Iraq Academy. Our vision for the Academy is focused on delivering strategic learning experiences that are measurable and effective, cultivating a pool of highly skilled professionals who can drive success within their organizations.
With a team of in-house instructors and seasoned training professionals, we offer engaging and impactful training programs. Additionally, we provide review courses for professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, and CIA, as well as diplomas and Project Management Professional Certifications.

JAMAL ALTARAIREH
Partner – Financial Advisory & Training Services, Ph.D., CBA, JCPA
Over 33 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and consulting, with extensive involvement in IFRS conversion, internal controls, feasibility studies, and financial reporting. Jamal currently leads several advisory and capacity-building initiatives at BDO Jordan, drawing on his broad expertise to support both public and private sector clients through structured financial consulting and professional training.
ABEER AL-DWEIK
Senior Training Manager – BDO Jordan Academy
Over 13 years of experience in designing, managing, and delivering training and development programs across a variety of industries. Abeer currently leads the training function at BDO Jordan Academy, overseeing the planning and implementation of professional development initiatives that strengthen both technical and leadership capabilities across public, private, and non-profit sectors.
